  • Closing Details:

We will be working as quickly as we can to ship orders, please be patient with us as we continue to work out the kinks. These are all sales final, and we won't be able to do any returns/refunds/exchanges effective 4/26/21.

  • Shipping

All orders are shipped using USPS, UPS or FedEx and a tracking email will be sent as soon as the order is shipped. All orders are insured with the nearest value of the item ordered. Orders are normally shipped using priority and should arrive within 3-5 business days.

We reserve the right to ship at our discretion for all free shipping orders.

Shipping Insurance: Insurance is offered at client's discretion, using Route Insurance, if Route Insurance is not purchased on your order, then Advancing Aiden does not include insurance on your order. 

Advancing Aiden is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages, or packages that are misdelivered due to incorrect addresses.

With the current state of affairs with COVID-19, please allow for longer shipping and turnaround times. Please use the contact us form for any additional questions. Emails are answered daily. 

  • Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are not available for any tumblers or SVGs. Tumblers are available for repair for the first 90 days, but there is a repair fee for tumblers. 

Refunds are not available for any wholesale tumblers, supplies or glitter purchases. All purchases are sales final. Please read closing notice.

SVGs are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

Order Edits and Discounts:

It is company policy that all orders are sales final, please refer to our policies for further questions. Orders that are returned are eligible for a restocking fee. Orders that have an outstanding balance that has not been paid within 24 hours of receipt of invoice will be canceled, and refunded, minus a restocking fee. 

All orders are sales final, we do not edit orders, or apply discounts post payment.
