Refund policy

Our hope is that you have a fantastic experience while shopping at Advancing Aiden, and we hope you are always satisfied with your order. However, if you would like to process a refund or return, we are happy to make it right, with the following restrictions.

• All returns are subject to return shipping fees;
• Returns are accepted up to within 14 days of the ship date
• Returns are subject to product inspection and restocking fees.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery, and can be initiated through your account. All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt.

All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The following products are not eligible for returns.

• apparel 

Refunds are offered in full for returned products in original condition, unopened and unused within the 14 day window. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for purchase.

Exchanges are not offered. Customers must return the original product and place a new order if desired.

Damaged / Faulty Goods are sometimes the hazard of business, and if you received incorrect order fulfillment, damaged or faulty goods, please contact us by emailing support@advancingaiden.co within 7 days of purchase. We offer a replacement free of charge upon validation of damaged or faulty goods, and return of incorrect product.
